Project Manager – Linear Infrastructure Construction

  

Maple Reinders is currently looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our Buildings (ICI) division. The successful candidate will be working on an exciting multi-year linear infrastructure project involving utility steam valve/vault replacement in London, Ontario.

 

As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage exciting construction projects working alongside other construction professionals who are passionate about the work they do.   Leadership and accountability are the key to a successful project.  Along with their team, our Project Managers define the schedule; working to ensure that goals are met and communication is maintained.

You will have the overall responsibility for the success of the project supported by your strong team of Estimators, Superintendents, Project Coordinators and hourly employees. With your strong business sense, you will be empowered to run your project as your own small business with the support of management and other project teams.    

 

 

To quality for this position, the ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Minimum of 5 or more years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a general contractor
  • Experience in linear infrastructure construction
  • Sewer and or utility steam valve/vault replacement experience is considered a strong asset.
  • A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Civil Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience
  • Professional Designation preferred - P. Eng and/or Gold Seal
