Project Coordinator - Civil
As an Intermediate Project Coordinator in our Civil division, you will have the opportunity to support our Project Managers in the delivery of heavy civil and industrial-type projects. This role will be based in Trail, BC. The focus of your role will be to maintain contract documentation, support estimating, and assist with the preparation of budgets and schedules. We work on a variety of contract types, such as Design-Build, Plan and Spec, and Construction Management, and you will gain experience in all of these.
The career path for a Coordinator is to become a Project Manager, where you will oversee your own projects. The pace at which this happens will be up to you.
The purpose of the coordinators role in supporting the Project Manager is to help ensure that a profit is made on the project, that the work is performed according to the contract documents, that the project is completed with outstanding quality, and that the job site remains a safe workplace.
