    M&E Project Manager – ICI Construction 

    (Alberta or Ontario) 

     

    As a M&E Project Manager you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent on  exciting ICI projects working alongside other construction professionals who are passionate about the work they do.   Leadership and accountability is the key to a successful project.

    At Maple, we look for leaders, who display their leadership skills by:

    • Developing effective relationships with clients, consultants, architects, sub-contractors and other project stakeholders.
    • Selecting suppliers and sub-trades and obtaining quotes.
    • Preparing initial design briefs for DB and CM projects.
    • Preparing tender documents, bid and trade evaluations.
    • Identifying construction risks, opportunities and thorough assessment of site conditions, sub-contractor and labour availability.
    • Overseeing mechanical and electrical activities, functions and resources. 

    Our M&E Project Managers are responsible for the Mechanical and Electrical components on ICI projects typically in the value of $10-$50M.    To quality for this position, the ideal candidate will have:

    • 5 or more years experience as an M&E Project Manager or  M&E Coordinatorin the construction industry with a general contractor.

    • A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a combination of education and industry experience.
    • Domestic travel required (BC, Alberta, Ontario)
