    Document Control Coordinator

    The  Document Control Coordinator assumes a wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

    • Responsible for the digitizing and filing of project records generated on site, coordinating the distribution of project submittals, as well as tracking and reporting through document status reports.
    • Utilizing Prolog and Procore web-based systems.
    • Ability to apply document control practices to documents and to manage large volumes of records.
    • Ability to interface with project team and manage confidential information.


    This role will require: 

    • Minimum 5 years office experience or 3 years in the construction industry.
    • Proficient in MS Office and Windows-based computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), PDF editing software (Bluebeam), databases and web project management software.
    • Ability to communicate professionally in writing.
    • Experience with technical drawings and documents is an asset.
    • Very detail oriented and ability to work and think independently and in a team.
    • Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills with the ability to effectively manage time, priorities and multiple tasks.
