Our HR Department based in Mississauga, ON is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to augment our steady growth plans. At Maple, we look for Talent Acquisition leaders who can:

  • Proactively partner with hiring managers across Canada to understand resource needs
  • Identify and implement effective methods and strategies of attracting and acquiring high performance talent
  • Maintain a high level of industry awareness
  • Create and capitalize on opportunities to promote Maple Reinders to potential applicants. (e.g.) career fairs, networking at industry events, trade fairs and other promotional event

 

Working with hiring managers to develop effective assessment tools for key roles and once developed, employ these tools in evaluating candidates, will be key for our Talent Acquisition Specialist.  We are also focused on candidates who currently have:

 

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management or Business
  • Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources and/or recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
  • Experience working within the Construction Industry
  • Experience with applicant tracking software
