BIM Coordinator - contract
As a BIM Coordinator in our Buildings division, you will have the opportunity to support our estimating and project management teams for the successful planning, estimating and execution of tenders or projects. This position will require development and a high degree of cooperation with Estimating, Project Management and other offices.

As BIM Coordinator, you will be accountable to:
Facilitate with the startup and implementation of the BIM process on a project level with the assistance, guidance and oversight of managment
Coordinate with Project Managers and Construction Managers to develop a project specific process for utilizing or creating 3D information for the purpose of estimating, logistics, planning, scheduling, coordination, field layout and/or facilitates management
Assist in the creation of project specific contract language for tender packages for 3D submission process and 3D asbuilts for facilities management
To be considered for this role you will have:
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year or more experience as a BIM Coordinator in the construction industry
A University Degree/Technology Diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology or a combination of education and construction industry experience
Drafting and 3D Modeling experience, which could include AutoCad, Architectural Desktop, Revit, Archicad/Constructor, or 3D Studio Max
Ability to translate 2D drawings and specifications into a complete 3D/4D Building Information Model (BIM)
